Customisation techniques
Various customisation techniques, always with the same excellence.

Pad printing
Pad printing is a technique that uses rubber or silicone stamps to print the company logo on promotional gifts, providing a sharper finish than screen printing. It is an economical and fast printing method, widely used on products such as ballpoint pens, pens, bottles and lunchboxes. In addition, pad printing is also applied to products made of wood, metal, ceramics, glass and articles made from environmentally friendly materials, meeting the needs of companies. We offer personalised gifts of exceptional quality.

Screen printing
This is one of the most widely used personalisation techniques for personalised gifts. It consists of using a mesh or net in tension to which a plate containing the logo is attached. Ink is then applied so that the image is reproduced on the promotional item. If you have designs in several colours, you'll need to have a mesh prepared for each different shade. This is a simple, inexpensive and long-lasting process. It also has the great advantage of adapting to different types of surfaces. Therefore, a considerable proportion of merchandising items can be personalised using screen printing. Watch the video on our YouTube channel!

Laser
Laser engraving offers personalised, long-lasting engraving on corporate gifts. It is an ideal technique for metal, wood or bamboo surfaces, guaranteeing a professional finish. Production time varies according to the complexity of the logo and the size of the area to be engraved. We can apply this technique to a variety of products, such as ballpoint pens and pens, bamboo and cork gifts, metal key rings, card holders, metal bottles, USB sticks and even bottle cases and lunch boxes.

Digital printing
Digital printing is carried out using a four-colour digital printer, which prints the logo on the advertising gift. This printing technique has major advantages such as speed, guaranteed high quality and the possibility of printing in several colours. It is ideal for small quantities and can be applied to flat or slightly curved surfaces, such as ballpoint pens, key rings or pads.

Sublimation
Sublimation makes it possible to print very sharp, colourful images, such as photographs, on personalised mugs or bottles. In this case, the image is prepared on a sheet, which is heat-transferred to the product. Sublimation has the enormous advantage of being able to be used on concave surfaces, producing very sharp images. We can apply this technique to products such as mugs or bottles that have already been produced with materials that allow this technique to be used.

Ceramic transfer
This technique involves transferring heat from a print to a ceramic item. The logo is screen-printed onto tracing paper using ceramic inks. The tracing paper is placed around the ceramic item after it has been soaked in water. The ceramic item with the decal is then placed in the kiln for several hours at a temperature of almost 1,000 degrees Celsius. The decal paper burns off in the kiln and the imprint remains on the ceramic item. This process allows for permanent and precise personalisation of ceramic items. We can apply this technique to ceramic or glass products such as mugs, cups and glasses and the great advantage of this type of transfer is that the design is integrated into the surface of the object.

Transfer Digital
To personalise merchandising products with logos in many colours, digital transfer printing is the best solution. The image is transferred to the product using a heat press. This way, the logo will remain in good condition for a long time. It's an optimised transfer process, with no colour limits, for small quantities. We can apply this technique to products such as folders, computer cases, backpacks and bags made of cotton or other materials.

Screen printing transfer
More economical than digital transfer, this technique also makes it possible to obtain very uniform, high-quality printing results on small details and brighter print colours on various surfaces.
We can apply this technique to products such as folders, computer cases, backpacks and bags made from cotton and other fabrics.

Digital label
Depending on the material, advertising items can't always be printed easily. That's why the best option is the Digital label to stick on the product. The logo is printed on a roll of self-adhesive paper. The paper is then cut into the desired shape and the stickers are ready to use.
