The website is owned by the company WAPI, Soluções de Marketing Promocional, Lda. (hereinafter referred to as WAPI, or us) registered with the Commercial Registry of Coimbra, under NIPC 514792175. This Privacy Policy statement (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) describes all of the personal information we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, how we disclose that information, and the measures we take to protect your personal information. Personal data

The usage of this website does not require personal information. Such personal and identifiable information is only collected when voluntarily supplied by users as part of WAPI’s commercial activity, during the creation of user accounts, orders and quote requests.

When creating a user account, the only required personal information is an email account. Additionally, the user’s name, address, company, and phone number will be collected, if the user decides to provide such information.

When requesting a quote, the user’s name and email address will be collected.

If a user places an order directly, it will be necessary to collect information necessary to the financial transaction and order completion, such as name, address, phone number, VAT number.

Email provided by users may be used for the sending of marketing email, informing users of campaigns, new products and other news. The recipient of such emails may, at any time, opt out of receiving such communication be clicking the “Unsubscribe” button present in emails, or by sending an email to geral@wapi.pt requesting such emails not be sent. Administrative emails ( invoices, order confirmations, etc. ) will still be sent.

As owner of your own personal data, you have the right to access, modify, or delete any record of your personal information collected by us. To do so, send an email to geral@wapi.pt, requesting the removal of your data.

Personal data is collected as a necessary part of WAPI’s commercial activity – the processing of orders and quote requests. Emails may be used for sending promotional emails. As described above, it is possible to opt out of such emails.

When visiting this website, data may be stored regarding the pages visited, the session duration, etc.. This data is anonymous and only used internally for the evaluation of the website.

WAPI is the only entity responsible for the collected data. Personal information will only be shared with third parties when voluntarily supplied by clients and when essential to the delivery of orders (ex: delivery addresses will be shared with shipping services). Other then when essential to the delivery of orders, personal information will not be shared with third-parties.
